Legazpi es uno de los siete barrios en los que se divide el distrito de Arganzuela en Madrid. Está situado en el sureste del distrito delimitado por las calles del Vado de Santa Catalina, Bolívar, Bronce, paseo del molino y Maestro Arbos alnorte; la autopista de circunvalación M-30 al sureste y el río Manzanares y la M-30 al sur. Está rodeado por los barrios, pertenecientes al mismo distrito, de La Chopera, Las Delicias y Atocha al norte; Almendrales y Orcasitas, del distrito de Usera, al suroeste, y Entrevías, del distrito de Puente de Vallecas, al sureste.

Entre ellos podemos destacar:

• La Casa del Reloj, actual sede de la Junta Municipal del distrito de Arganzuela.
• Matadero Madrid. Matadero y Mercado Municipal de Ganados de Madrid con cuarenta y ocho edificios dedicado a realizar funciones de matadero industrial y mercado de ganado en la ciudad de Madrid desde 1924 hasta 1996, año del cierre definitivo. Las instalaciones quedaron sin uso hasta que en 2003 se decidió su transformación en un espacio cultural conocido como Matadero Madrid, que abrió sus puertas en 2007.
• IMAX
• Parque de Enrique Tierno Galván. El parque de Enrique Tierno Galván es un parque urbano que cuenta con 45 hectáreas, convirtoéndole en uno de los de mayor superficie de la ciudad. Se comenzó a construir en 1986 durante el mandato del alcalde del que toma su nombre. En su interior acohe una plaza a él dedicada con una estatua, el planetario de la ciudad, un auditorio al aire libre y el antiguo cine de sistema IMAX (cerrado actualmente).
• Planetario de Madrid. El Planetario de Madrid es obra del arquitecto Salvador Pérez Arroyo, pertenece al Ayuntamiento de Madrid y se encuentra ubicado dentro del Parque de Enrique Tierno Galván. Su objetivo fundamental se centra en la divulgación de la astronomía y ofrece jornadas al aire libre gratuitas con sesiones individuales y en grupo.
• Madrid Río. Es un parque que cuenta con en una zona peatonal y de recreo construida entre los años 2006 a 2012 en los dos márgenes del río Manzanares, en buena parte sobre el trazado soterrado de la vía de circunvalación M-30.
